Today, the topic of electronic cryptocurrencies raises more questions than answers: starting with the fact that the money (if you can call them that) are and ending with how to buy and sell them. In principle, I'm not new to this topic, but the last one stumped even me. I took the recommendation of a friend and read the article https://bitcoinbestbuy.com/credit-debit-card/ (so far the best of what I've seen) about buying bitcoins with a credit card and even made a trial transaction on one of the exchanges. But still a number of questions I have not received an answer: why some transactions do not pass for a long time (my record is 2 days), why the rate varies greatly etc.
